Plan Details
There are two types of recordings in our plans. The “Full” recordings are about 14 to 20 minutes in length and include all the drills within a particular skill. For example, the Dribbling With Precision Recording has athletes visualize a tight-cone dribbling drill, a straight lane dribbling drill (with a real game-play variation), and a 10-yard dribble and turn exercise. The “Full” recording will go through each of these drills one at a time. The “Short-Form” recordings are about 5 to 8 minutes in length and contain just a single drill. Thus, in this example, there would be 3 “Short-Form” recordings, one for each of the drills contained in the session. The benefit of the “Short-Form” audio is that it makes it easier for soccer players to find and listen to specific drills they’d like to focus on. The Champion and Elite plans include the “Short-Form” recordings; the Rookie plan does not.
The tables below contain a description of each recording included in our plans.
Drills And Skills Recordings:
Passing Fundamentals

You’ll visualize passing the soccer ball off of a wall with multiple variations. This passing practice will help you bring attention to how you make contact with the ball and allow you to focus on your 2-touch and 1-touch passing techniques.
Advanced Passing

You’ll visualize a number of passing drills that will mimic situations from both practice and games. This passing practice will help you direct the soccer ball after receiving a pass, understand where the ball should go when a defender approaches, and return passes regardless of the height at which you receive them.
Dribbling With Precision

You’ll visualize a number of drills that will help improve your dribbling control and speed. This dribbling practice will help you move in tight spaces, keep the ball under control while sprinting, and complete turns at the end of your dribbles.
Dribbling to Protect And Shield The Ball

You’ll visualize various skills that will help protect the ball from your opponents. This dribbling practice will incorporate using the armbar technique, feinting your body to confuse defenders, and turning your body to keep the ball further away from attack.
Ball Control And Mastery

You’ll visualize a number of advanced skills that will take your ball control to elite levels. This practice will help you navigate extremely tight and challenging game situations and ensure you’re always in control of the ball.
Shooting Foundations

You’ll visualize several of the most basic soccer shots in the game. This practice will help with the placement of your shots and how to shoot the ball when it’s moving.
Shooting From A Volley

You’ll visualize some of the toughest shots to make in the game. Using visualization makes practicing hard techniques that much more rewarding. This practice will help with both full volleys and half volleys.
Ball Trapping

You’ll visualize many of the essential traps in the game of soccer. This practice will help with identifying the best position on your feet, thighs, and chest to complete a trap.
Skill Moves, Part 1

You’ll visualize several ball skills that will be sure to fake out opposing defenders. As these moves can be difficult to execute and real-world game usage may be limited, visualizing these skills is a great idea. This practice will give you an opportunity to clearly see where your feet and body need to be positioned to pull off these moves.
Skill Moves, Part 2

You’ll visualize a few more ball skills that will be great to have in your attack arsenal. As these moves can be difficult to execute and real-world game usage may be limited, visualizing these skills is a great idea. This practice will give you an opportunity to clearly see where your feet and body need to be positioned to pull off these moves.
Turning While Dribbling

You’ll visualize several skills that will help you turn faster and over a shorter distance. As there are several different ways you can turn while dribbling, this session will give you practice with three of them.
Headers

You’ll visualize a number of exercises that will allow you to focus on excellent heading technique. Once again, this is a great skill to visualize as repeated header work in the real world is undesirable. You’ll get to work on both heading the ball straight forward and deflecting it at an angle.
Defensive Technique

You’ll visualize many of the foundational skills needed to develop strong defending capabilities. This practice will help you to understand your best defensive stance, turn your body based on the attacker’s decisions, and choose the optimal time to go after the ball.
Defensive Drills

You’ll visualize a number of exercises that will improve your situational defending on the field. You’ll work on cutting off passing lanes, keeping an attacker from turning, and deciding when to go for a tackle.
Juggling

You’ll get to practice juggling with your feet, thighs, and alternating between the two. As juggling can be a difficult skill to master, visualizing these skills can help you create the mind-body connections needed to more accurately direct the ball with each touch.
Sports Psychology, Mindset, and Goal Setting Recordings:
Experiencing Victory and Defeat

You’ll visualize moments of both success and defeat on the soccer field in the hopes of recreating the actions that have previously led you to victory and improving the actions that haven’t.
Overcoming Adversity

You’ll visualize several common moments of adversity that will pop up during your soccer career. You’ll get to imagine your response to playing against older or taller players, having trash-talk directed towards you or your team, seeing a teammate get injured, or responding to moments where your team is behind on the scoreboard. By visualizing these moments, you will be more apt to respond appropriately when they occur again in real life.
Mental Toughness

You’ll visualize several common situations that can distract you from giving your best during a soccer match. You’ll get to visualize your response to bad calls, being fatigued, and inclement weather. By rehearsing your reaction to such situations, you’ll be able to continue playing your best when they occur.
Improving Your Self Talk

You’ll learn the importance of the dialogue that goes on in your mind and practice techniques to improve it for both skill-based and motivational purposes.
Setting Weekly and Monthly Goals

You’ll be guided through the process of setting weekly and monthly goals. Having a consistent process of setting new goals will ensure that you’re continuously getting better in the areas that are most important to you. Over time, this will have the effect of further elevating your game over that of your opponents.
