We’re excited for you to give our visualizations a spin! On this page, you’ll find 4 different samples that have been taken from the full recordings contained in our vast soccer visualization library. Each sample demonstrates a different benefit of our process, and those benefits are described in detail next to each audio player below. Remember, when you practice visualizing, you brain goes to work for you to make those actions easier to perform on the soccer field.

Sample 1 – overcoming adversity

This sample is from our “Overcoming Adversity” recording, which is included in our Champion and Elite plans.

Each of our recordings has an introduction and a conclusion. The purpose of the introduction is to provide athletes with the instructions they’ll need to make the most out of their visualization session. The conclusion, on the other hand, provides suggestions for athletes to integrate their visualizations into practice and gameplay. This sample gives you an example of a typical introduction.

Sample 2 – shooting foundations

This sample is from our “Shooting Foundations” recording, which is included in all three of our plans.

In this sample, you’ll be given an overview of the shooting space, the goalkeeper who’ll be trying to block your shots, and permission to focus on a particular shooting style that you’re working on. Throughout the recording, you’ll be given suggestions to where you should focus your eyes so as to better position your feet and body to complete the shot. This sample is just 1 of 3 different shooting variations that you’ll visualize during the full recording.

Sample 3 – shooting from a volley

This sample is from our “Shooting From A Volley” recording, which is only included in our Elite plan.

This sample begins by reiterating how useful visualization can be for practicing shots that are uncommon in game situations. From there, we instruct athletes where their feet, body, and eyes should be throughout the shooting motion. Finally, this is an amazing drill to visualize as you can clearly speed up or slow down the shooting process in your mind’s eye (unlike in real life where there’s only one speed). While this sample practices shooting from a full volley, the full recording also includes visualizing a half volley.

Sample 4 – dribbling to protect and shield

This sample is from our “Dribbling To Protect and Shield” recording, which is included in our Champion and Elite plans.

While the full recording guides athletes through 3 different skills they can employ to shield the ball from an opponent, this sample focuses on the armbar technique. After providing some instruction on how to complete the armbar, we guide athletes through employing it from both sides of their body.
